Along with her husband, Cynde also owns Tumblehome Boatshop, a wooden boat restoration shop in the Adirondacks. Cynde has a bachelor’s degree in writing from the University of Colorado.

Additionally, he holds the position of President and CEO at Shields SGF, a creative agency specializing in branding, design, and web development for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Mike played a pivotal role in founding Shotgunflat (SGF), a web design and development firm that later merged with Shields Design Studio in 2022 to form Shields SGF. Under his leadership, Shields SGF has expanded its footprint and capabilities, including the recent integration of CA Group into its portfolio. With a strong background in strategic management and innovation, Mike continues to drive growth and transformation in the healthcare and creative industries. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University.

Drew McKenna oversees all digital development at Acom SGF Health has been responsible for the development of hundreds of websites, apps and digital assets. He also serves as Operations Principal at Shields SGF, contributing to its creative and empathetic approach to branding and web development projects. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
